三月主题阅读:somatic therapy

本来这个月我是准备读跑步运动相关的书的,但是找了半天除了特别专业的教练看的书之外,只找到了几本讲专业运动员的,我觉得可能参考性不大,但是方向转向了跟身体相关的,thus somatic therapy.

这几个月实践下来发现好像四本书就差不多了,上个月看得特别顺畅,其实看了五六本,但是后面已经没什么新东西了。其实一定是有我不知道的东西的,但是我那个时候吸收不进去了,一个领域四五本书下去短时间内能吸收学习就差不多了。

对somatic therapy现阶段了解的不多,知道躯体化和body scan这个两个概念可能有关。

想了解的到底trauma是怎么在身体层面上体现的。

Reading with Purpose: Questions to Reflect on While Reading

  • What new perspectives or research does it introduce?

  • How does it challenge or reinforce your existing views on healing and the body-mind connection?

For Practical Application:

  • Are there any exercises or practices suggested? How do they feel when tried?

  • What techniques resonate most with you?

  • What resistance or difficulties arise when engaging in body-based work?

For Personal Insights & Integration:

  • How does this relate to your own experience with stress, trauma, or body awareness?

  • Can you identify patterns in your body’s responses throughout the day?

  • What small changes can you make to incorporate somatic practices into daily life?
